The Italy–Türkiye Economic Forum, organised by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye and DEİK, brought together Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, ministers, ambassadors and more than 500 business representatives.
The speeches highlighted the strategic economic relationship between Türkiye and Italy and the medium-term target of a trade volume of 40 billion dollars. MÜSİAD expressed its commitment to contributing to this process and supporting the expansion of business exports.
During the forum, 15 cooperation protocols were signed in the presence of the leaders, with the aim of strengthening trade ties between the two countries.
