Architecture

Material, light and construction.

How a project takes shape: from an idea to inhabited spaces, through technique, aesthetics and construction quality.

In a double-height atrium, daylight becomes part of the composition. It passes through tall glazing, meets stone and draws a rhythm of light and shade across the floor. We experience the space through changing hours and viewpoints as much as through its dimensions.

Designing this relationship means considering orientation, room depth and the position of openings together. Pale surfaces can distribute light; textured finishes reveal its movement. Trees, overhangs and shading also help shape the connection between inside and outside.

Quality is not simply a matter of adding more glass. A welcoming interior balances light, shade, privacy and everyday use. That balance turns an architectural decision into an experience: a clear entrance, a bright place to pause and a view that invites the eye beyond.
